Hey Friend is a weekly podcast created to help you pursue real friendship.
We live in a world where people are increasingly isolated and lonely. It's leading to increases in anxiety, depression, division, and numerous other problems.
This isn't how it was supposed to be. Humanity is created in the image of God - made for deep relationship with our Creator and one another through Jesus Christ.
Living that out in the modern world isn't easy, so we created The Hey Friend podcast to help you pursue real friendship.
We're here each week to give you Biblically-rooted insights and practical advice on how to friendship well.
Lucas is an entrepreneur with a passion for Jesus, community, fitness, and good conversation. He coaches basketball, volunteers regularly at his church, always has twenty new ideas for how to impact the world, and has a dog named Moose.
Ben has spent the last 17 years doing college and young adult ministry and loves helping people discover who they are created to be and how the community they're in can move them closer to Jesus. He's father of 4, a voracious reader, nerds out about leadership, and loves board games.
Lucas and Ben started the Hey Friend podcast just a few months after they met for the first time.
Say hey.
